Office of EMS complaint lodged, calls not being covered. Can lose agency license.
Someone needs to cover calls, only a handful of people have been running off duty calls,
members were asked to help with these calls. Some mornings from 4 am to 6 am the
building is empty but we need to cover the calls. Fire Department shouldn’t always cover
the calls. Duty officers and Fire Department to meet on situation to discuss what needs
to be done for an empty building. Mac and Karen are working on recruiting drivers.
Please keep Lisa Napier in your thoughts while on medical leave.
